FIA releases Abu Dhabi report: ‘Human error’ led to Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton title controversy

Formula 1’s governing body the FIA has confirmed that the 2021 Abu Dhabi GP title controversy was caused by “human error”, but say race director Michael Masi acted in “good faith” and that the results from the race and championship are “valid”.
