Connie Britton Shares Rare Insight Into David E. Windsor Relationship

Connie Britton‘s romance with David E. Windsor is anything but an American horror story.

The White Lotus actress shared a glimpse into her very private relationship with the This Is Us executive producer during a Jan. 30 appearance on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy. Detailing how she first spotted David at a friend’s birthday party in November 2019, Connie described it as a moment she would “never forget.”

“I walked into his party and I was like, ‘Oh my gosh, I don’t know a single soul,” she recalled to host Andy Cohen. “I’m talking to my friend and he looks past me and he sees David across the room and he is like, ‘There’s someone here you have to meet.'”

Connie, 55, remembered turning around to see David, who immediately piqued her interest. However, the two ended up seated at separate tables for dinner and by the time the meal was over, Connie needed to get back home to her son Eyob, now 12, who she adopted in 2011. So, when her matchmaker friend encouraged her to stay for a little longer to be introduced to David, she told him, “‘You know what, just have him email me.'”
