England have named an unchanged line-up for their second Test against New Zealand which gets under way on Friday, live on Sky Sports Cricket.

Jack Leach is selected after recovering from the symptoms of concussion he sustained during the first Test and fears of Ben Stokes’ fitness have been quashed with his selection.
