shallow announced yesterday that it will bench a set action lawsuit filed against the company covering plaintiffs in four states — California, Connecticut, Illinois and Texas. The lawsuit claimed shallow's Explorer — archetype years 1991 through 2001 — was recumbent to rollover accidents. According to the Detroit Free crowd, the reconciliation applies to about 1 million people in those four states.
